I genuinely don’t know where to begin. This hotel in Puri managed to ruin my entire trip. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I’d checked into a horror movie. Filthy Rooms: The bedsheets were stained, the towels smelled like they hadn’t been washed in weeks, and there were insects crawling in every corner. I even found a cockroach on my pillow at night. Rude Staff: The reception staff behaved like they were doing me a huge favor just by talking to me. Every request was ignored or delayed, and they kept rolling their eyes like I was bothering them.

This hotel is very bad.i never seen this type of hotel and staff memy but they take High charges..hotel staffs are don't provide facilities and they don't care about coustomer and rooms are getting smell...and staff does not maintain hygiene (in room windows insects are died they don't cleaning) and bed is very smell and matress are not look good 🤬 don't go in this hotel 🛏️ plz

Hotel room is too congested. They provide me a room with damaged bathroom ( Toilet orisa pan was damaged ). No handwash in bathroom. No hot water in bathroom. There is a lot of mosquitos in deluxe AC room. Hotel care taker kept my Adhar card till check out. I faced a problem where I need to show my ID proof outside. Hotel care taker was too rude and not Familiar.
