Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and prompt attention made our Team dining experience truly enjoyable. Your knowledge of the menu and ability to make recommendations were impressive. You were attentive and responsive to my needs, ensuring that I had everything I required throughout the meal. Your professionalism and courtesy were evident in every interaction, from taking my order to presenting the check. You made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Especially I personally and and on behalf of our Medical Team would like to thanks to all the staff, Janak, Rahul, Chunhem , Clement, Sarita for outstanding services you've provided. Well deserved 3-star rating. A friendly and cosy hotel with good rooms, reasonable food served and a very friendly personnel. Adding to that, a well-maintained banquet hall on the fifth floor.

We stayed at this hotel on the night of November 16 and the service provided to us was excellent. Though outside it was curfew inside they made us comfortable and as a parting gift made lunch and packed it for our entire group. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone as a beacon of hope and tranquility in Manipur.

The service was amazing, we stayed during the curfew period at the hotel. The day we came was the day the curfew was up. Even then, the hospitality was flawless. When we were the only guests, they still maintained a professional work ethic. Edit: The rooms were very clean and spacious and if any need arises, it was quickly taken care of.

Never thought i would stay at a hotel in my own homeland but due to certain circumstances i had to, and i am so glad that i chose this hotel. The staff members are so polite and well mannered . The food is great too, well balanced meals and evening snacks were delicious. The rooms are well maintained, cozy and comfortable. The view from my room (210)has to be the best. 🤭. Overall , great experiences . i enjoyed my stay , and i will definitely recommend to all my friends . thank you team castle . Continue to grow and shine . 🍀🍀

From the location to reception,room,washroom and hygienic environment was good.Staff in all departments were prompt and very hospitable.Food in Dinner buffet and breakfast buffet was good and was just like home cooked food.I really had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

The hotel is 10min away from main market, located just opp of Govindji temple. Its a peaceful place. And what to say about there service! The staffs are very well behaved, helpful and trustworthy. Every day we were going out for day trips, we handed over the room keys to them. They used to clean up the room and organized our clothes too. It was my best experience in Manipur. I was feeling sad while checking out from the hotel. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

This review is on the Castle Hotel's Restaurant . The cafeteria is a large spacious hall situated at first floor. Their is another dinning hall at ground floor also. We tried traditional style chicken curry, its taste was on point. The Black Rice kheer was aromatic and tasty. The service staff was also helpful. Overall a great experience.
