I had stayed in this hotel in past 10 years back on various occasions & lately I visited now.The ambience which was there 10 year's back & today is the same,no change.It has to be upgraded. Rest rate wise & staff were OK.Room no 9 toilet windows is half open & could not be closed, which is very sensitive

The hotel is good and the room is also good and affordable but I did not like the behaviour of the people sitting at the reception towards the guests. For example, in the morning I said that I need a towel, then this gentleman said that we cannot give one towel to each customer, meaning we had four people in a room, so he will give only three towels and will tell two people to use one towel.Also, the blanket that I got had some lady's hair stuck to it, which means that the blanket was probably given to us without washing after that lady used it. Rest of the cleanliness is good, the hotel is also good but I did not like the behaviour towards the guests.

The rooms were good That's it .. The staff and the cook are extremely rude. The cook was drunk and his rude behaviour wasted a good time. The staff was unprofessional, they promised us that they would be giving us 1 kg of chicken for dinner through several dishes, took the whole money, and just served around 250 grams. When we tried to confront the cook, he seemed drunk and was arguing with us with a rough accent. Worst experience ever. Would never recommend such a place where the staff themselves don't know how to behave

Disappointing Stay: Rude Staff & Poor Food This hotel was a major letdown. From the moment we arrived, we encountered unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The room was okay, neat and clean. Do not trust the cook, he would say you will have the best food, but he doesn't know how to cook, we asked him to prepare chicken for starters, he brought just boiled chicken without masala. The receptionist makes rules as if she is the owner, not at all cooperative. Will not recommended anyone to stay here

Room and cleanliness is fine.. Staff behaviour is not user friendly. The cook and receptionist has there own rules to run a hospitality place. Not customer centric.

Definately recommended. Clean toilets and beds. Polite and friendly staff. Food available on demand (both veg and non veg). They cook in the kitchen attached to the lodge. But it is not a restaurant. Very economical. Room for 2 3 people and 4 5 people available. Suitable for short visits.
