Title: Disorganized Billing - Avoid GST Nightmare! Rating: 1/5 I recently stayed at the click Nashik and was thoroughly disappointed with their billing practices. The hotel charged us for stay and breakfast, but what's appalling is that they included TWO GST components in a single invoice. Not only is this unprofessional, but it also made it incredibly difficult for us to claim the GST credits. To make matters worse, I brought this to the attention of the hotel team multiple times, but they seemed completely uninterested in rectifying the issue. It's clear that they don't prioritize guest satisfaction or understand the importance of proper billing procedures. Unless they revamp their billing system and train their staff to handle such issues efficiently, I would advise others to think twice before booking at this hotel. And they are always providing 1st floor room to you , I don’t know why ? I have stayed three times in the hotel and every time they have given room on 1st floor only . They are never cleaning his room window , it’s impossible to see in other side from the room . Room no : 102 Always charging service charges in the food bill and immediately removing when you complain to him . *Update:* If you're planning to stay here, ensure you scrutinize your invoices carefully to avoid any GST-related headaches.

It is very nice complimentary arranged by Hotel. Yoga teacher explains and get the exercises done. Enjoyed Hotel stay and complimentary breakfast along with Yoga exercises. Keep it up. Only one thing regarding breakfast.....quality of food needs lot of improvement. Pl do take care of quality of food Pl. Thanks and Regards

Hotel click Nashik Hotel 🏨 felt bare but there is no facility for the driver to sleep there, that's what happened. When I woke up in the morning and went to the wash room, I saw that the wash room was so dirty. I went to take a bath there, it was so dirty that I couldn't even wait for 1 minute there. Even though it is such a big hotel, there is no facility for the driver. We deliver your customers to you safely, if we don't get any sleep, how will we deliver them to you? At least show us some respect. I hope you provide facilities to the driver as soon as possible 🙏🙏

Very nice hotel with friendly budget. Good Quality of food and Complimentary breakfast is also comparatively far better than 3star other hotels. Rooms are quite good and spacious. Very neat and clean to stay

Please do not visit this place. I dont recommend this at all. Its a money waste on property, service and food. 1. Property is very very unhygienic. They dont clean it regularly. Bathrooms are pathetic. Bedsheets and Blankets are hardly washed. They stink like hell. 2. Service is very poor. They do not have any common sense to keep the towels and dental kits etc in your room. You will have to call minimum 4 times and wait for 15 mins to get these things. Once you bath and keep your towels, they take it and dont even have the sense to replace it. They will make you wait for so long. Even water they provide on call after making you wait for a longer time. 3. Please dont eat food here. They provide unhygienic and rotten food. During the breakfast they provided stale bread. Even after a request, they dint changed it. Even the taste of food is very very bad. They need overall attention on their staff. Their staff is not trained well. They dont know how to provide services. Please select any other hotel for a pleasant experience.

We had one day stay at click hotel with family. The hospitality was good and staff were kind enough and helpful. The best part is rooms were neat and clean and well furnished and with hygienic washrooms. When we returned over the evening, we were suprised with fresh fruits on the table. Restaurant menu was good and descent enough to taste the buds. Morning buffet breakfast had plenty of options. Overall awesome stay.

Good Hotel. Clean & spacious standard room with all amenities. Their WiFi service is good & their complimentary breakfast spread is good. Their staff are courteous & serve with smile. They have sufficient car parking space in & around the campus

I rented a 3 occupancy standard room for a night for travelling to the Jyotirling. The room was spacious for 1 night. Seemed smaller than the 202 sq feet mentioned on MMT. The key had to be activated a few times. Overall a good experience. There is a good family restaurant near by, Hotel Shiv Sagar. They provide free parking but don't have drivers accomodation. I had paid 3800 and booked on the same day by phone. MMT price that day was 4500.
