Dear Sumanchandra Team, We stayed at your property for the last two days and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. There was a lack of cooperation and support from the staff. The reception team misinformed our members and created unnecessary confusion. Unlike our experiences in hotels across India, when we requested to see the rooms beforehand, we were not allowed. This made it difficult for us to ensure comfort. Air conditioner was not working, adding to the inconvenience. We sincerely request you to be more polite and cooperative with guests in the future, as hospitality and courtesy make all the difference in creating a welcoming experience.

Appreciate the attentiveness of the staff - had a very nice room - all clean - and were able to get extra bedsheets to cover with. Thank you for comfortable stay.

I had choosed this hotel for stay recently by checking the photos of hotel and facilities, reviews given for this place. When I visited hotel for stay was not satisfied and bit disappointed as was not worth to stay by paying good price. Positive thing was room is spacious enough as i stayed on deluxe AC room. Apart from this all was been bit disappointed things include - Rooms were not very clean but when informed in reception they soon came and cleaned the room. Paints in room were torn and fallen. AC was working but all vents were broken. Shock felt in 1 of the switch in room. All the doors were very tight to open and taps in washroom was not installed properly as kept moving every time when used. Lift also needs repair as sometimes only 1 door of lift opened possessing risk. Tiles in car parking was broken. Shortage of staff to maintain a big hotel as only 2 staffs were round the clock. They were helpful. This place is only for stay and no food options available. If management looks onto these issues will be a good place to stay. As for paying a good price guests need more improvement on facilities and services.

Give it a miss ! This property requires serious maintenance. It seems like they are in survival mode. All the good reviews are old, without a doubt. The walls of the rooms are peeling and have a bad odor. The exterior of the passage is falling apart. In one of the rooms, the geyser was not working and the room service could not fix it. The current condition of the hotel is really BAD and not even close to what appears in the photographs. The discounts offered are misleading and not worth the amount being charged. I would suggest looking for other options.

I highly recommend this Hotel because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive/Humble staff.

Nice place, good atmosphere. Food is not available inside the hotel. Tea & coffee is chargeable. Location is great, just they need improve there service like tea or coffee availability inside the room, room cleanliness, particularly basins, need to do maintenance for faucets and AC, bathroom door was stuck, unable to lock, need to give snacks or breakfast availability.
