Not at all a place to stay. Very small room. Not even any categories have any detail. All categories standard deluxe and premium are same room and there are no changes in room.

Zero Marks for Customer Service 1. There were urine stains on the toilet seat when I arrived plus the room was unclean 2. People working here are unprofessional and rude. One guy says something then the other guy comes in and says another thing. 3. Thirdly when I lodged a complaint for how bad the room was when I was checking out the guy sitting at the reception during my checkout started abusing me Would never recommend this hotel to anyone in my life

The place is so bad the staff is very rude especially the guy at reception and they talk in a disturbing manner, The room was ok but the washroom was dirty as hell. Not worth a penny

I was skeptical about it at First when I checked the location out. But liked the Rooms so booked anyway taking a Leap of Faith. The Room and Bathroom were amazingly clean. Also we asked them to switch the Sheets and Pillow Covers at Night 10pm, they did it within minutes. The only thing is the Nearby Location, The Complex and the Lift are not so great. It's amazing once you enter the Hotel. And also the space between the rooms is less and the walls look thin. We can hear if someone speaks in a little higher decibel in the next room. Also can hear the next room's bell. Would definitely Visit Again.

I haven't seen any hotel like I saw here, my breakfast was included, they told me either you take tea or take breakfast, you can take one thing. A friend of mine came, he stayed only for 2 hours in the morning, then we left, he charged me 500 rs.When my booking was for 6 days, I made full payment in advance, even then it behaved like this. If it is local, then it will behave properly with you. If you have come from all over, then see how they get money out of you.

I would recommend not to stay in there. The hotel is in middle of slum area in a degraded building. It's on 4th floor and the rooms are very dirty with a dirty washroom. We were allocated a pathetic room and after asking to cancel the reservation we were allocated a mediocre room. The prices may vary from 2800 - 3000 but it is not at all worth it.
