Hotel West Blue Andheri west

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to our office location. However, the hotel's maintenance is subpar. The bedsheets were dirty, lot of mosquits found in room, no shampoo or conditioner was offered and the breakfast was terrible. Furthermore, we noticed that rooms in the same category were charged at different rates, as confirmed by other staff members who stayed during the same period. The hotel lacks an in-house canteen or dining facilities and instead relies on arrangements with nearby restaurants to provide food. Unfortunately, the quality of food served was poor, as it was often cold and tasted bad. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Room is ok Fan & light is not working properly AC average Breakfast is not fresh and hot I couldn't find emergency exit from 7th floor without lift No immediate response from staff. Worth for 1000 Rs without breakfast.

The property appeared very local, and as a solo female traveler, I did not feel secure staying there. It looked like a commercial property and the room was at 7th floor! They had a small set up for kitchen..... A quick look at the previous reviews will give a clear idea. Additionally, my experience at the property further reinforced my discomfort. When I requested a food menu, the reception informed me it was in the room, but I could not find it. Upon calling again, they sent a staff member who, instead of simply handing me a menu, entered my room uninvited and started searching for it. While the menu was eventually found somewhere, this situation made me feel unsafe.

Worst hotel, no proper maintenance and hygiene, google pics are totally different from actual one, plus it is not highly recommend for girls due to unsafe environment.

At the time of booking they told us breakfast included but when we call breakfast they told us that breakfast not included in your plan. They denied to provide same. Also manager told please talk with person who take your booking I am not providing the breakfast. Not supportive staff at all

third class staff....after my confirm booking they are not provide room and say wait 5-6 hrs wait ... no any facility there ....everything poor and third class and no helping for travel also .. there are 03 person in reception but they all in between in very large communication gap and We have to become its victim, we are tired of explaining to everyone in different ways. Those people even deleted everyone's WhatsApp comments, cheated us and asked for more money....Trusting this hotel even a little bit means wasting your time and money

It lives upto expectations of a budget hotel . Neat and clean with above average washrooms and good service . Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that . Best part is it's in a decent area and has a lot of eating options nearby even for late night .
