Absolutely bad services including- 1. No water coming even after complaining 2. Rude staff 3. Keys not provided 4. Their keys are not working so staff has to jump in the room through the window and open the door from inside 5. Lack of room availability and long waiting time 6. AC not working properly 7. Over-all very bad experience.. not recommended

Unprofessional Service - Not Recommended The staff's behavior is extremely rude and unfriendly, and they lack basic customer service skills. They also overcharge—online prices were lower than what they asked for in person. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place is poor, and they took an unreasonably long time to complete the check-up. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

It's the worst hotel I've ever been to. Please don't ever book this hotel. Staffs are very rude and unprofessional. It's like a hotel run by thugs. Since I've already made a payment for 4 days I'm tolerating them. I've been waiting since 2pm for my room, and it's 9pm and I still haven't got a room. Update: 1. There are lots of cockroaches 2. The water is sometimes brown in color. 3. Staff would needlessly knock your door asking the same questions like have you done your payment, how long are you staying? 4. The food is terrible and they always mess up my food order, I always get what I didn't order which is hilarious at this point. 5. They don't provide the key to my room so when I get back I usually wait 15 to 20 minutes for them to open my room.

This hotel should be removed by OYO from their list. Staff is pathetic. No proper service location is in the slum area. Only the reception guy was good n supportive everything else was very bad.

The hotel is absolutely pathetic. Me and my family did a Maharashtra tour for 17 days and our last location was Mumbai. Me and my parents stayed earlier in OYO hotels in Chennai, Bengaluru, and Indore. We didn't expect such a bad location and service of OYO in Mumbai. The area consists of Muslim slums, and the environment outside the Hotel premises is not good. Dharavi is just 20 minutes' walking distance. Only one window is there in each room and it opens toward the Hotel corridor. The worst OYO I have ever stayed in. Please stay away from this smelly place.

Cistern issue. Rude way of talking by the person on the entrance. Bad taste of food. Over-priced food. No window. Good service.
