Treebo Palm Olive

1. The rooms look fine but nothing works, The door lock didn't work, fortunately I was just staying for the night and checked out in the morning, We can lock from inside but cannot lock the door from outside and go anywhere. 2. When I'm in a hurry on the next morning, There is no hot water, The geyser is not working. I didn't have the time to argue with them. But when questioned, they provided warm water in a bucket. 3. The staff were responsive but, its not possible to fix the locks and geyser instantly. They should've been regularly checking these things. 4. Complimentary breakfast is very limited, 2 items and a fruit. 5. The geographical location of the hotel is good, but the road that leads to the hotel is very unpleasant and seems like a slum. I had to search for the hotel(There is no billboard or any sign of the hotel). Even the auto guy was in doubt and said "Sir, is there a hotel here?" after reaching the location. 6. Its ok for solo travelers, but not recommended for Families.

We chose this place as it was close to the meeting place we needed. However it’s very difficult to locate and the property itself is a shared space with another hotel. It’s like just the 5th floor of an entirely different hotel. The staff were accommodating but there was little they could do. The rooms are spacious enough but had a lot of teething issues with it being a new property.

Hotel is very good inside including service. But location of hotel is slum area, compound or front area of hotel is maintained good by blocking the area and making not accessible to near by residents. All US VISA interview people will choose this hotel because of its nearbyness.

This place is situated in a dirty slum. Cabs don’t come or drop you since Ola/ Uber cannot locate it. Don’t get carried away by the photos they post in booking sites. There’s no proper road . Located on 5th floor a building. They don’t mention standard rooms have no windows. Very small and claustrophobic with uncomfortable bed. No hot water. No TV. Perfect place to be holed up. Even the breakfast is so so. Not worth the money. Have been to treebo hotels in Hyderabad and Bangalore which are decent. You can opt here if you don’t have any other options. Only positive is you can walk to US embassy in 20 minutes.

You have to walk through filth to reach this place. There is no proper sign board No TV No hot water I don't know how Treebo franchises this place For the price I paid it's not at all worth Ola and Google map stop short of the place. You have to walk the remaining 200 odd metres through a slum Very bad experience. Never stay here Some people have rated 5. I think this is a paid rating or rating by the property itself. False rating

Location is terrible, i booked just looking at rooms online. If going with family then you should think other options. service is average but rooms are best

The location is so horrible you cant even step out of the gate all the time you have to book a cab not even auto ,i stayed for two days they didnt even set and clean the room for second day ,floors are dirty and messy . i will not recomend any women to stay there .its sad to see treebo has chose this property and i dont trust treebo anymore .

The rooms are great, the service is also great but the location is very bad and it is a bit shady
