Hotel Elite Continental - Airport Road Andheri

One of the ugliest hotel ever I stay in my life even a dharmshala can be better with respect to the price they are charging. It’s far from airport hence they claim to be close to this . Located in narrow street, no working lift only poha is there in breakfast of the cost of 1000 inr. Plz never book this hotel. It’s my experience of my last stay on 3 November 24

Rooms are stinky & full of smell. Staff very poor, manager non appreciable Im mid night the AC went off, no help no support provided cooler While asking refund, they referred to Agoda from where we book the room. Agoda denied the refund So pathetic experience Only name is continental They are more of Love Bird night stay. Professionals please keep away.

Worst room , full of smell and full moisturizer on wall. Reception ac is leaking. We lost all are money as we booked property on advance payment basis . I suggest pls not to go at this type of place. Very horrified Room ac is not working as we are sitting.

"My stay at the Elite Continental Hotel in Andheri, Mumbai, was unfortunately far from satisfactory. The rooms were poorly maintained, showing clear signs of wear and tear. The service was slow and unresponsive, with the staff displaying a lack of concern for guest needs. The overall hospitality experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay. The menu card seemed to be just for show, as most of the items were unavailable for room service. There was no hot water, and every time I needed it, I had to repeatedly request it at the reception. When I fell ill and asked the receptionist for help in getting medicine, he refused to assist me. To make matters worse, during check-out, no one bothered to help with my luggage. On a positive note, Mr. Sajid was the only staff member who acted professionally and knew how to handle guests appropriately. I am left questioning the effectiveness of the hotel's General Manager."

I recently stayed at Hotel Eight Continental and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and refreshing, making for a very comfortable stay. The General Manager (GM) is outstanding and ensures that every guest feels welcome and taken care of. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a wonderful stay at a well-managed hotel. Highly recommend!

Rooms are gross, smelling and bugs everywhere. Bedsheet are smelling and walls are full of sealan. Dont waste your money. Also staff is very creepy. Beware Just helping others to not make the same mistake.
