HOTEL CRYSTAL INN

I’ve stayed for few days, and I booked a single room person. The room was with AC, very clean, and with own bathroom. I had all the facilities, and intimacy. As well, the stuff, very friendly, ordered for me food when needed, made me tea and coffee at any given time. Thanks for such service .

The room was dirty. There were dirt stains in the walls and floor. The floor was really sticky. The room smelled so bad we bought a room freshener to hang in it. And also the rooms were filled with cockroaches. The outside of the room was also not clean. The first floor of the building is a hospital so there were always people there. The location of the hotel was also really bad. The rain made it worse. I won't suggest anyone with their family to take this hotel if you want a comfortable stay.

I stayed there for 10 days . Hotel staff was good . Good maintenance. 24/7 AC All time Hot water. Near by Kurla Railway Station walkable distance Affordable price. Overall it was good . I suggest everyone.

Very good hotel, good location. Staffs are polite. Highly recommended for solo or backbag traveller. Proper AC, hot water facility, free wifi upto 100 mbps.

They have dormitory, which is well maintained and affordable. But for almost 30 or more beds they only have 6 toilets. Toilets are not that great. The room which I stayed for 3 days the ac was not working properly. Despite informing them no actions where taken and even I was charged the whole amount.

One of the best dorms that I have stayed in .. the staff is friendly and the service the rooms are the best it's the only dormitory where Ac is on 24 hrs .. i loved this place and would recommend all who are new to stay here

I was moved here when the other hotel lost my prepaid reservation. The best thing about this place was the staff...with the exception of those who wanted a payment for the "c form" that they are obligated to submit for some guests. This was the only place that requested this payment during my visit to India. Did not insist on payment for long.... room was fine with clean sheets and relatively clean. Hot water and AC worked great Windows were nice in my corner room (206). No wifi in room. Nice restaurants and street stalls close by. It was a bit hard to find on my own.
