Hotel Sai Suites

Never never ever book this hotel. It was very very bad full of coacroaches and insects. It was such a tiny room with a very high charges . It was not at all worth. Staff was also very bad and rude. I would never opt for such a hotel for the next time.

The rooms are full of rats and room service was terrible.Even ac was not working yet they charged full money for the room.The size of the room is same as size of a normal washroom.

Very bad experience with this hotel..We had stayed there for 2 days.The rooms were very dirty,A/C was not working,When I complained,the staff behaved rudely in front of my kids..very rudely staff..don't stay here..I will give 1 ⭐

If you want to experience how small a room can be then you should definitely book the chawl. First of all it’s not an hotel it’s a chawl (written in the address also) ! Secondly no windows or any thing. 6feet celling room size 8*8 with damp smell all over. And don’t forget the bed bugs which will keep you awake the whole night. Enjoy !

It was a pathetic stay in the hotel so congested it feels so suffocated without windows and the entire corridor and rooms where toxic with odd smell. We wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there as it’s super expensive and horrible staff experience who doesn’t want to work at all and infact avoid the issues in the hotel. The hotel is located in busy place and it’s not easy to get a Taxi from there. The bed sheets and pillows cases were torn and the lobby was so so small. There were cockroaches in the room and it was so unhygienic place. The bed frame were broken and my wife was hurt from that the staff didn’t bother to repair its 1* for everything absolutely awful experience 🙏 when you spend $3000 and above for such rooms it’s definitely feel cheated and the suffocation I felt inside the room no one should opt for it.

Very small rooms. Usefull for single person and hourly basis just to fresh up ir to rest a while when u visit Mumbai fr business purpose. I had been to attend my friend wedding needed a room to fresh up and i preferred this hotel Economic, clean, small. No ventilation fr rooms, works only on fan and AC. Good room service Polite staff

Such a nice experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful and you can trust blindly and book your home. If you are new to the city and confused about your travel itinerary, the staff will clarify your doubts and help you have a seamless journey. Safety and security is their ideal.

Worst experience ever.suggest everyone to not go there for stay staff has very bad behaviour they give the defected room keys and after that they blame that you defect the room lock and they charge extra 1k for the keys very pathetic service sggst you to all don't go.staff behaviour is worst and and they are too much uneducated and don't know how to talk
