Staff is rude, not cooperative, very rigid. Property is very uncomfortable with the price . Service is very very very poor. The owner was very rude. And the staff charged extra for mattress. And staff called late at 2:30 AM on our room phone for my cell phone number and complete the process which he left at the time of check in. Worst hotel experience. Note : Not recommended to anyone.

One of the best hotel i have ever every visited. Facilities are super awesome, nearby airport & railway station. Connectivity is super awesome. Neat & clean rooms. Friendly staff overall best ever hotel visited by me in my life

We had booked this hotel five days ago through Oyo and we were charged 2.2k for one day. We came travelling from another city and were very exhausted. Upon reaching the hotel, the person at reception denied us check-in stating that we have to pay extra because they don't rent out rooms below 3k. The owner kept on saying that it's our fault we did not check the hotel rates with them first before booking the hotel. We spoke with Oyo customer support, and the owner was rude with them too. Finally after much hassle and one hour past the check-in time, owner was willing to rent only one available room. Even while renting the room, he changed his statements saying that he was willing to show me the room, but what's the point of showing any room if he won't even let us check-in? It was a very small room, it started and ended with the size of the bed. Felt very congested to stay there. There was no space to stand in the room, personally I would not be willing to pay more than 1000 bucks for such place. We finally settled in. After sometime, we had to go out and had kept our belongings (laptops, electronics stuff, etc) in the room. While leaving, the owner once again quarrelled with us and told to leave the room keys with him as it was the hotel's policy. We told him we're not comfortable doing it, but he was not willing to listen. Finally we had to give in. We came back to our room around 12am and were in a deep sleep when we got a call from reception at 2.30am stating that further services are suspended for the night. It is not okay to disturb customers at such hour. Overall it was a very bad experience for us. The owners attitude was not good, and there was constant quarreling with us. If anyone come across this review , please make sure not to book this hotel and make the same mistake as we did.

I m referring to review by shlok shinde in below comment . This person has posted 3-4 reviews on his own with 5 star rating. He is nothing but owner and direct related person. Well, this place is part of residence society having wine shop below it..

So the owner has no etiquettes to talk with customer and specially girls . He charged more too . I personally dont recommend this. Rooms are very congested too.
