Hotel was no doubt very nice & rooms were clean. But even though after booking large bed from agoda they gave twin sharing bed i think they have first cum first service even after charging for 8k on weekend. they want client to adjust Even some other people had same room issues. Breakfast was included but it was ok.

it's been only 9 months to this hotel and its pathetic. worst. Very poor services and staff was very rude and untrained. Bedsheets and pillow cover were too smelly. They don't offer basic facilities. Restaurant services were also very slow. Management was D graded. Don't recommend to anyone.

The rooms are great. But I feel the hotel should mention that if there is no power there is no AC, during the booking. Inspite of complaining 5-6 times, there was no solution provided to us. Worst experience ever... I feel these guys should learn bit of hospitality and Customer satisfaction... One of the worst experience ever...

Worst experience. The staff and managers are not cooperative. Very rude staff and services are very bad and slow. The bedsheets and pillow covers are very smelly. The restaurant service is also very poor. Doesn't recommend it to anybody.

Rude and unprofessional staff reception mainly The looks of the Hotel are fine but the there is no polite talking workers we had come here for a wedding stay and they were uncooperative
