Terrible Experience at Om Palace – Avoid! I had a very disappointing stay at Om Palace. First of all, the telephone in the room wasn’t working, which made it impossible to call for any assistance. When I tried to get help in person, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It felt like they had no training or discipline at all. To make things worse, when I asked for a glass of water, they literally handed me a glass meant for an ashtray! It was dirty and disgusting – absolutely unacceptable. This kind of service shows a complete lack of basic hygiene and hospitality standards. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place. There are much better options around. Om Palace seriously needs to work on its service and staff behavior.

The rooms are quite spacious and good. They should have geysers in each room and all time availability of hot water. Currently they have solar and they set timing till 11.30am for hot water. They should have provided hot water for a full day.

This is the best and most affordable hotel in Lonavala. The staff and manager are very responsive, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The hotel manager helped me by providing a room when I encountered issues at another hotel, HotelRain Sky In, which was very disappointing. I highly recommend Om Palace; it is definitely worth the price! ❤️

The rooms are spacious... However the service is extremely poor... Unreasonable reasons given for not giving the required service. They do not provide 1 cup tea... Saying the hotel will run in loss if they provide single cup to a single person. Breakfast asked before 11 was denied saying the cook was helping the house keeping in cleaning the rooms. Even if 3 cups tea was ordered.. It was served cold.

Very nice hotel all staff members are fabulous especially Bipin ji at reception behaves great while staying in on palace we feel we are at home. At the end suggest every one stay here and feel like home. All the best team Om palance... Keep it up and Allah bless u.

Construction work going on.. can't sleep with machine noise...plus bed sheets were dirty. Not even worth for the money they are charging. Just is location is on main road . Would not suggest this .
