Hotel Kantara Lonavala

Rooms are good and safe. Food is a little expensive. Room service is great. Ambience is good and you can get only morning breakfast. One problem is sometimes electricity will be gone but it will come back in 5 to 10 minutes. Although it's best for friends, family and couples. This is my last minute booking provided great service.

Excellent Stay – Great Value for Money! I recently stayed at Kantara Resort, Lonavala, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The resort offers excellent value for money – clean rooms, good amenities, and a peaceful environment that makes for a perfect getaway. What truly made our stay special was the staff's warm hospitality. Everyone was very cooperative and made sure we were comfortable throughout. A special thanks to Suresh at the Front Office – he was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist guests with a smile. His professional and friendly attitude really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy quality service without burning a hole in the pocket!

Not recommending it! Do not go on their clean and attractive photos! My experience at Kantara was very absurd. The hotel is unhygienic, not up to the mark in relevance to the hefty bill they charge. The rooms were not clean, my room had oil and hair everywhere, the bedsheets also had dirt spots. When we asked the housekeeping to clean the oil and hair, he just brought a mop which already had mud and it even stinked more! Food was also very mediocre for the price. The room flooring is made up of cold kadappa, imagine being there in winter and monsoons, your feet just freeze there. There was also no view from the window of our rooms, no handwash in the bathroom, when asked for the same, they mentioned we don't keep it in any room. They do have a secluded and antique game room which was flooded with water and not worth playing, also had a swimming pool which was not at all worthy of taking a dive. The property is not maintained. Worst experience ever!

I went there with my family for 4 nights and we felt very comfortable. The hotel felt familiar. Staying there was a good experience. We had breakfast and lunch the food was very tasty and enjoyable. And would like to mention one off your staff who helped us . Mr Ayush who work very sincere and helpfull person he is really good and well communicative persoon thank you him

Ac was too old...there is no connection in tv....very poor wifi speed... swimming pool was dirty....gaming zone was not proper maintained....no maintenance....food was ok ok....bed was dirty.....they even takes charges of drinking water......as per price it's not so good...

We had an amazing stay there. Their staff is very nice and helpful and protective towards their guests. As all of us are females, it is a safe stay and also nearby the lonavala market.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Kantara, Lonavala – Unsafe and Unhygienic I recently stayed at Hotel Kantara, Lonavala, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The rooms were very dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom was unhygienic and in a terrible condition.
