Aureole Mrida - A Boutique Hotel

Overall a decent experience, we as a bachelor group stayed here for 1N/2Days and i am writing review as what i feel. Per person they cost 1400/- including morning breakfast. The good things are : 1. Nominal price for food, hotel and everything they have, 2. Very good taste of food, 3. Best quantity if i compare to price, 4. Pleasant atmosphere in room, 5. Amenities also a nice compare to price. The improvement they need in : 1. Quality of room walls are quite a low bcz dampness in wall was there in every room, 2. They have to increase a lights in the room, 3. Swimming pool cleanliness should be there, 4. Children's play area they have to keep clean. 5. Something like two wheeler or transportation they have to arrange because this hotel from railway station is 2.4KM and everytime no one will walk.

One of the worst stay experience.||Rooms: In monsoon there is a lot of humid smell in the rooms. The blankets are stinking. The basin tap was loose. The shower wasnt working well at all there was hardly water coming out. The lifts are so slow. ||Food: Breakfast is included and they are very particular about timings but there is no guarantee that food will be ready. You will have to keep waiting and asking them. The staff was so rude when I asked for even a cup of hot water. Anything extra other than your package will be charged extra. Those are their comments.||Staff: I have been never seen such an arrogant staff.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Family Friendly We stayed here with family and it turned out to be one of our worst hotel experiences. The rooms were smelly and very poorly maintained. Cleanliness was a major concern — the linens didn’t feel fresh and the bathroom was dirty. Throughout our stay, the room floor remained damp and wet, making it very uncomfortable to move around. The bathroom had serious leakage issues with water everywhere, which made things even worse. Though they changed our room later, it was more or less the same — smelly, damp and unhygienic. Even basic recreational facilities were in bad shape — the carrom board provided was completely worn out and not at all in playing condition . For the price charged, we expected at least basic hygiene and comfort, but it was a complete letdown. Would strongly advise others to avoid this place and look for better, more hygienic options nearby.

I recently visited Aureole mrida for a 2-day Work trip and overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. Here are some highlights 1. Staff & Service: The staff is extremely polite, helpful, and well-mannered. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. 2. Food: The food quality was excellent – tasty, hygienic, and well-prepared. Both veg and non-veg options were delicious. Definitely one of the resort's strong points. 3. Cleanliness & Ambience: The resort is clean, well-maintained, Must visit.

ONE KIND ADVICE. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU'RE PLANNING FOR STAY IN LONAVALA. I was staying on some other property since my travel plan got extended I booked this property at last minute for next day stay. While I am doing checkin the reception manager asked to see 4 to 5 rooms and choose the one I like. I was feeling surprised by his genuine suggestion..later when I checked each room I got to know this property has very bad seepage issue. All their rooms wall and roof are having dampness and fungus spread everywhere. Due to this fungus there was strange odour came on the room and EVEN THE PILLOW HAD FUNGUS ON IT. When I asked for cancelation, the manager showed his attitude saying I can complaint to whomever I can, but he cant do anything on this. He asked me to choose one among it to stay. I have contacted the agoda also, even the support team cant do anything on it.they asked to check with hotel people only. I have already paid close to 4K for this executive room and stranded without any choice.

I wouldn't recommend checking in on this hotel, yesterday i stayed at their property and the rooms were a disaster. Paints falling of from everywhere. No soap, handwash or any basic amenities provided in the bathroom. Price for rooms start from 2500 upto 4500 but none of the rooms are as good as the price they charge. I travel a lot and this was one of my worst stays ever. *I REQUEST EVERYONE TO PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL* There are many other properties that offer better accommodations in this same price. We were unfortunate enough to be tired to look for other hotels. Please don't make same mistake we did.

We had the best experience in Aureole Mrida The vibe and ambience here is very nice, friendly! Room and bathroom was both clean. The Food is great here! Also want to appreciate the service team, they are very friendly and helpful. This is an honest review and I will choose this hotel again whenever I am back in Lonavala.

It’s a humble request to every guest who are reviewing these Google reviews please consider these reviews very seriously and take due care for yourself.. Very bad Hotel, pls do not stay here anyone. Very very bad food, so bad quality breakfast, no service, no staff to take care of any guests. Rooms are also very average and no any hygiene in any rooms. Our payment to hotel was totally waste of money. Very non cooperative staff and there is no one to hear of us… Hotel has no facilities and we worst experience…
