NillLocated in residential area, hotel is peaceful and quiet. Apparently hotel must have been reputed, but now it appears to be barely functioning. Lonavala weekend crowd keeps property in scheme of things. Hotel is managed by a meagre staff who are nice and friendly. While floors and rooms are cleaned 🧹, other fitments, furniture and linen are in poor condition. Bathroom fitments are also deteriorating. Corridors have been prepared for repairs but no work is evident. Lots of trash is left in premises. Kitchen and restaurant is barely open. Plunge bath likewise did not appear clean. Weekend price surge, make this hotel exorbitantly expensive, primarily due to poor conditions and lack of upkeep. Perplexing, Fab Hotels have lent their name and not take cognisance of standard.

NillIt's not a place to stay with family. People smoke, drink, quarrel around night and create disturbance to all the guests staying and no staff takes responsibility of controlling them. No proper management. No maintenance. Bathroom fittings keep hanging. Switch boards doesn't work. Forget about other facilities like hot water kettle, brush, soap, shampoo, not even paclaged drinking water was provided in rooms.

NillThis is a badly maintained place. The bathroom door is broken and cannot be closed from the room side, the bathroom smells, room full of mosquitos and the hotel offers some mosquito coil to burn inside the closed room. The bed is worst...it has a spring mattress and is very old... horrible to sleep on. Bedsheets and covers are torn, the wardrobe shelf had a layer of dust on it. The stuff are nice people but the service is non-existent! Stop offering such places to unsuspecting guests.

NillDo not book this hotel, When i have reached the hotel they asked me for extra 1500 because i have booked the room from fab hotel website, only after the payment they agreed to give me a room. However there is serious water and electricity issue.As the weather was too humid there was an continuous power cut during day time as well as night. As we order food the reception guy gave us food at night without any plates and spoons & we feel a little unsafe because he was totally drunk. On my second day there wasn't any water supply. I have called the receptionist for water at 7am in morning, but they told me the water supply will resume in half hour but till the time of check out the water wasn't available, so we have to buy drink water to get fresh and check out however they charge 30/- for 1 bottle & all the cold drink available there are expired so please be careful. Please thunk twice if you are a couple and have to visit this place.

NillIf you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, look elsewhere. My recent experience at Shree Sai residency was an absolute nightmare, and I feel obligated to warn future travelers about the issues I encountered. My frustration with began even before I set foot in their establishment. I booked a room in advance, specifically choosing them based on their advertised amenities and early check-in availability. Imagine my shock when, less than 24 hours before my arrival, I received a call informing me that my reservation had been moved to a completely different hotel! This last-minute scramble left me stressed for alternative accommodations, throwing my entire itinerary into side. Then early check-in I was promised during booking was nowhere to be found upon arrival. Exhausted after a long journey, I was met with a flat refusal to my request, despite their prior confirmation. The unpleasant surprises didn't stop there. The quoted price (for extra person in the room)I received during booking mysteriously inflated upon arrival. This tactic left me feeling cheated and frustrated. Because of all these issues, I had no choice but to cancel my reservation entirely. Since the problems stemmed entirely from their mismanagement, a refund was more than warranted. However, since cancelling, my attempts to reach them regarding the refund have been met with a silence. This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is simply unacceptable.

NillWorst experience with hotel owner I had booked for 3 days they hotel owner said you need to check out after 2 days I said I had booked for 3 days so why I will check out he said you need to more 1500/- more than only you can stay he is totally misbehaving Request for fab take necessary actions against hotel

NillIf you want to waste your money then please prebook the rooms & visit the hotel. We went to the hotel at 12:00 AM on 26/05/2024 saw all the pest in the room contacted the reception immediately. The reception person called the hotel owner and the owner suggested to allot a different room. We went to the different room but that room was also have pest all around and we showed it to the reception person and asked for refund. He clearly mentioned that contact fab hotel for refund. I left the hotel immediately and called your customer care and the gentle man on the phone suggested me to write an email explaining the issue. I wrote an email to fab hotels as I needed the refund for both the days that I booked but I was declined the first day refund saying that you stayed at the hotel. This was a pathetic experience with fab hotels. I would suggest please do not go with fab hotels or else you also land up wasting your money.

NillWorst ever experience with this hotel.Nobody is here to welcome you only a room boy is there who asks everything with a phone. Definitely he is least concerned with the customers. After check in you have to ask for every facility, such as tv recharge, wi fi, toiletries, towel etc. after arrival of receptionist mam teju this work is to be done, but madam is so busy that she forgets all the services, ( as per her words I am alone I can't remember all the services) so what if you have paid for this. Rooms are filled with the bed 🪲 bugs and cockroaches , only a small light 🕯️ in the room like night lamp. So please don't ever go to this hotel, because in this amount you will get so many good hotels here.
