Worst experience ever. Don't book No electricity, no backup, no internet nothing at all I am female traveller. Booked this property through booking .com Called the owner mr Ashok Gupta to confirm abt the property and services well in advance. But I am fooled. The owner said apni booking cancel kar do I am returning ur money Oh well , yeah sure.....but it's a hug loss for me coz now being a female all alone I am stranded in the road not knowing what to do n where to go Whatever is shown n written on their site is all bullshit Don't waste ur time on this property at all

TV not working in room, AC not working,2 of the 4 ceiling lights work. There is no hot water in the shower.Baby Cockroach in the room too. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.I went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

I had a bad experience at this place. The images you see in the business listing are very old ones. I have uploaded the recent pictures; by seeing the photos I have uploaded, you won't visit this hotel. The hotel ambience is the worst, and this place needs a lift; there are 2 floors where you need to take the stairs, which is pathetic. The service was also miserable. No one would respond to you appropriately. If you call reception, they will take time to come to your room. There are few workers at this place. For cleanliness, I won't even give it 1 star. If you visit their kitchen and dining, you will be horrified by seeing them. They won't change the dustbin in your room on a daily basis. The paints on the wall were falling apart. You will get a bad smell all over the hotel. They do not have a room freshener. The room and bathroom were decent. The price they charge is more for the service they provide. Overall, I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. It is a waste of money.

Slum area is much better than this stay, please go through the photos attached. Very dirty and unhygienic place, the pillow and blanket are affected with Black Fungus and the walls too. Never recommended, my family has suffered a lot. Owner Ashok Gupta is also least bothered about this issue.
