We had an amazing experience staying here for 3 days. From breath taking views, clean rooms, supportive and polite staff and delicious food Star Residency is 10/10 for everything. The staff (Vinayak Sir)is extremely polite and supportive in handling all the questions and queries. We had most of our meals in the hotel only and there was not a single dish which was not tasty. Hotel not properly managed at all. Reception staff behaves like a government employee. No greetings and nothing. No toothpaste in room also. Need to pay 10 rupees for toothpaste even after paying 4000rs for a room. Hotel looks very old like a government office. They didnt even bother to replace the faulty carom board which should not cost them much. Only food was a bit tasty. Overall not a pleasant experience Hope i see improvement in my next visit.

Over all very good budget hotel. superb location. right in city center - walkable distance from bus stant, all fod joints , main market. centrally located and equally peaceful as its just in a small lane which is a big advantage. Talking about staff- service was really good. food at breakfast and dinner was completely worth the price. highly recommend to try the punjabi paneer sabzi of chef. the great service flows down from owner to all levels of staff. owner was so nice & humble - very helpful too. Biggest advantage of the property was the Pool. i doubt weather any property at this budget would have a pool with 10 ft deep & decent size to swim & enjoy with friends. will surely re visit next time.

The hotel is only 500m away from lonavala railway station. Rooms are guide big and decent. Food is good and service is also quite good. Food rates are reasonable. Auto rickshaw stand and local bus stand is at walking distance. Last but not the list the per night rates at the hotel is quite low. I got a good deal with breakfast and dinner from Mr. Sarab Bhatia. Swimming pool had special safety rating for kids the hotel also has TT and carom board to enjoy. Overall very satisfying experience.

It was Very good stay Property is very centrally located.Owner Mr Bhatia and His Team are very co operative , quite welcoming and Helpful .Food is awesome we had Breakfast Lunch and Dinner All were best in respect of Taste and Quality.Hotel has Big size Swimming Pool.

The hotel is located at a convenient location. The staff was very helpful and clean rooms and activities like table tennis, carrom etc make it a perfect place to hang out with family and friends Added advantage is the swimming pool Overall we had a good experience when we stayed here

1. Could have been given 5 stars but some of the things were not good. 2. At the time of booking the owner of the Hotel said we have permission to play Holi but on the day of Hotel staff denied for the same. 3. Receptionist behavior was extremely rude and ruthless though he was helpful still should teach him manners to speak to clients. 4. Cleaning staff didn't cleaned the rooms very well and were rude as well. 5. Kitchen and Dining staff were good, also food was tasty and pocket friendly.
