The Strand Resort

I recently stayed at Strand Resort, and I would like to share my honest feedback to help improve guest experience. • Cleanliness of Towels: The towels provided in the room appeared used and were not properly cleaned. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, my concern was dismissed, and I was told that “this doesn’t happen,” which felt unhelpful and dismissive. • Staff Courtesy: The night before my arrival, I called to check if I could arrive one hour earlier than the standard check-in time. The staff member who answered the call spoke in a rushed and rude manner, saying something along the lines of “please talk fast, I don’t have time for this,” which I found to be unprofessional. • Room Size and Layout: The room we were allotted was extremely small, with the bed occupying almost the entire space, leaving no room to walk around. • Bathroom Condition: The bathroom was only moderately clean and not particularly hygienic. No basic toilet accessories were provided (which is understandable), but even a pair of slippers would have been appreciated. • Ventilation: The room had a window, but it faced a wall, offering zero ventilation. Being allotted a room at the back of the property instead of the front made the stay feel more enclosed and less comfortable. I believe that with improvements in cleanliness, staff courtesy, room allocation, and attention to guest comfort, Strand Resort can offer a much better experience for its visitors.

No breakfast included if they are giving discount. On agoda 2900 rs mentioned but charging more on Saturday and said no breakfast . Service was not so good . Room is very small and no additional facility. Dirty badsheet towel and stinky room.all good reviews are fake. Don't waste your

The hotel is situated at good location. The rooms are OK as per the cost. The hotel is good for those who wish to stay at hotel to sleep and do not wish to spend on hotels. The food served at lunch was very tasty. The staff was supportive for providing service of food at the room. It is a budget hotel and I recommend for those who wish to spend money on enjoying outside instead of paying hotel just to sleep.

"Warning: Avoid this place! I spent ₹8,000 on a small room for Saturday, but they gave us a hall that was more like a reception waiting area. Despite having small kids, the service was subpar. They took full payment upfront and then switched off the AC and fans at midnight, leaving us uncomfortable. The kids were crying, but the staff was unhelpful. The so-called manager, Mr. Khandelwal, was irresponsible. The swimming pool was dirty, and there were people drinking and smoking in front of ladies, showing a lack of care for other guests.
