"I had a great stay at Hotel Sapphire. We recently had an event, The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. All rooms are clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel facilities, like the pool and game zone were fantastic and made our stay even better. The location was perfect, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back!"

The Property & Staff is Good. But basic amenities like Hand Wash & a Smart TV were missing. Coming to Billing part, we have to make several follow-up like upto 7 Days to get our Food Bills for Claim.

Beautiful hotel, nice people and great staff. Food is just like home. And is very safe. The cool and calm atmosphere further refreshes your mood. 😇 Definitely visit and stay here when you come to Lonavala.

Average stay experience. Breakfast didnt meet our expectations. consider this as a transit hotel. Swimming pool though we didnt use but it seemed very unhygienic.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel is superb. Is location is in the prime . This hotel service to be good and every working is working nice and corporate nature this hotel is a familiar hotel I told this place is very good and giving a good rating for this like this and I want to be again I will come and join this hotel I give a big thanks to all staff

We stayed here for 2 days. Restaurant service was slow. We tried veg items and the taste was average. For sure the hotel required maintenance. WIFI was not working even after multiple complaints. The play room on the terrace was not maintained. It was quite suffocated and stinking. The only good thing was the room service boy from Ranchi.

Had gone with mixed feelings on reading reviews of the hotel to be on the safe side had booked the option of paying at the hotel on reaching first checked the room before entering the details||I was relieved to find room neat and clean very spacious toilet also nice only thing missing was liquid soap ||Two half litre bottles of packaged water and two one litre bottles of purified water were provided no provision of making tea in the room were there fortunately i carry my own electric kettle and tea bags a mini refrigerator is provided in deluxe and pool view rooms |Restaurant on the ground floor was spacious with a great view food delicious and very reasonably priced a cup of tea for Rs 50 buffet breakfast for under ₹400 /- though limited variety food was good service courteous||In room service i had ordered curd rice which were not properly cooked i returned the same i got a call from management if i had problem with the food i told them they apologised i ordered poha instead i was not charged for the curd rice was charged for poha ||Housekeeping staff was also very courteous overall had a pleasant stay
