OYO 37198 Matoshree Niwas

I don't have a penny idea how it has good reviews. It was the disaster experience for my family. I understand ot is budget place but 2 basic things we need at any place, good service and cleaning. Below is brief what happenned. 1 we approached entrance and it was very normal as expected becoz it is spoton budget place. So its fine. We cannot call this hotel. It is someones house where rooms are rented out. 2 when we asked to help us with luggage. They said pick up your own luggage. Is this the service we get if we choose budget hotel. 3 the same staff in front of us threw the garbage right in front of this place. Effect of which i will explain below. 4 when we entered room, room and bathroom were filled with hundereds of mosquitos and small insects which normally grow on garbage or stale food. Quantity was so high we were afraid to talk that one or two would enter our mouth. When asked for different room. They said all rooms have these mosquitos. The reason being 3 point obviously. 5 rooms are totally damp due to rains. There is no tv in none rooms. In photos it was shown rooms with tv. 6 bedsheets blankets pillow covers everything was so dirty and smelled very strong bad smell. Had oil stains allover. When asked to change staff says it is new ??? When insisted they replaced everything. 7 we were so upset with this place that tried to find some other place but did not find due to weekend crowd as hotels were full or prices were too high compared to what we get. 8 did not provide us any toiletry kit which we get in all oyo franchises. During urgency had to wash my hand with facewash. Please do yourself favor by not even thinking going here unless you are ok with mosquitos and need to spend just a night. Still check alternate options.

Regarding hotel room only. Room was tidy at my visit on 23rd June 2019. Bathroom was clean. Hotel management should take extra care of beds/pillows/blankets covers. Hot water geyser is available. Western & Indian toilets choice are available. Overall experience was good.

Best hotel in budget. Stayed 3days. View from the hotel is awesome. Due to continues ☔ Room little smelling. Otherwise it's a perfect budget stay. Owner of this hotel was very friendly. Must have two wheeler / 4 wheeler for sightseeing and food purpose to stay in this location . I had a great stay. Thanks to mathosree management.

No clean rooms and no such facility that its suite to OYO. Please need to improvement in hotel. Really i am not happy by cleanness and facility provided from this hotels and not expected from OYO also. Atleast do the regularly serve of hotels that come under OYO by OYO team.

Dont book please. Very bad hotel. Smelly bed and bedsheet. Broken toilet and no toiletries. No ac and tv. Not even a coupboard.

Rooms are not worthy. While booking they offer us breakfast but not given at place. Overall it is ok.

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen.... Dirty, full of cockroaches, unhygienic bedsheets .... 100s of mosquitos.... Not recommended for family.... Better sleep in the car than going to this hotel ...
