Best hotel in that lane on budget and you easily commute to temple, market, restaurant etc all are located nearby. Room is spacious, newly constructed, has all type of rooms. Owner is also very courteous. PS. In Ujjain, one thing I noticed, if you want to save money on hotel booking, direct go there and book your room without taking any help from auto vala or angent.

Rooms are in worst condition. The staff is very rude. Windows are open any one can see from outside. Even the toilet door has a open gap, no privacy at all. The staff responds rudely.

Very very poor quality rooms and no facilities were given like toiletries, towels. AC also not working properly, no exaust fan and wash basin in washroom.

I would have given no stars.. No basic room service. Staff is not co-operative. No ventilation in washroom. Rooms: Washroom was not clean. No ventilation in washroom.

Night reception person is very rude don’t have manners. Room not in good condition. Not recommend.

This Hotel is Wonderful in ujjain all staff and owner all are so helpful and cooperative plus this hotel is in prime location mahakaleshwer temple is in walking distance.. very good ambiance nd well maintained hotel... in affordable price

I won’t recommend thi one at all. One should look for other options. Most of the bookings done via auto rickshaw commission based model

Affordable, Cleanliness is not good, don't provide any room service or any basic needs.
