SPOT ON 73710 Hotel The Ashok Regency

1 bed sheet changed aged before. 2.No dusting done on furniture you can find piles of dust on there. 3 very pathetic situation of let-bath ,broken wash basin and latrine sheet,shover. 4 t.v. not working. 5and there price go high as you reaches nearer to it.they say it will cost 800 on phone. when reached at hotel they charged 1500. if you wantgood and cheap than this hotel try lucky hotel near to it or else where..

Old hotel. Rooms are not good. Lighting poor in room n washroom. Old AC. Maintenance very poor. Food also not so good. In website they published a rate, in phone they will give a rate, but when you arrive at hotel rates will be peak high. I have Rs800 room, over phone commited to give for 600, when I reached hotel room rent told is RS.1600, at last gave for RS.1200/-. Avoid confusion try in Maheshwari or Alka are good and cheap.

Worst in facility as well as room also. Staff is also not cooperative an familiar to talk.cleanliness is worst I will give rating for cleanliness is 0(zero).mattress gave feel like stones and quality was very poor. My suggestions is to you never choose to stay here at any cost.

Pathetic condition of rooms. Linens seems to not have been changed since ages. Extremely unclean toilets. Better to stay on platform which is nearby rather here. There was power failure and no provision to emergency light in the rooms. Its a total waste of money.

Worst service experienced ever. Room service is very bad ,staff behaves very rudely with you, no value for money . Even food is not very tasty . The place is not very clean . Some of the dishes written in menu were not available there ,need lot much of improvement.place is very unhygienic.

One of the Dirteast Hotel, There is hot water tap but hot water not available, the hotel is full of mosquitoes, conditions of railway station waiting room is much better then this hotel, Don't stay hear...

Stay in this hotel if service isn't a concern for you. The staff is rude and the service quality is abysmal. They tend to have a verbal altercation with every 4th customer. The rooms don't have proper ventilation. Mobile signal is also mostly unavailable when inside
