Hotel has several plus points like it maintains excellent cleanliness, bathrooms are spacious. Only issue is service is slow. Staff is polite and courteous. They just need to be more professional and prompt. Place is otherwise safe and very good.

Very good hotel...value for money ...nice rooms with complementary breakfast option...value for money...problem is only of parking ...its away from hotel

I visit here last week, Staff is not much co operative they not even Show rooms to customers. and they charge so high prices according to their hotel and hotel location. They charge 1800 rs for single person its too much for this hotel and City.

The Gopal hotel is also famous in khargone city. But this hotel does not look pretty as they showed in the photos. I am sure there is not a good parking facility. Here is food like a restaurant... Quite good. Supposedly we compare it as a sundarm hotel and other hotels not yet good food. If you want to stay here, you can stay here easily. The most luxurious hotel in Khargone city is the Nakshatra hotel and Raj residency.

Very tasty food. Hotel furniture is fabulous also the rate is low but food is fresh.. 1 star minus for low staff members.. Others all good and gopal hotel is Air Conditioning hotel. Best for dinner

Pathetic Customer Service.. Very un-hygenic place... Plates, cups, glass are having deposits and really very poor quality.... I would have given negative 🌟 star if possible... Food is way lower than value to money... Quantity is lesser than expected and quality is ok... Lift of the building would have killed me as well... Door closing proximity sensor are not working... I would have seriously injured...

Good food quality . Rates are ok. Location of hotel is on main road thus parking your car will trouble you. Sevice is good
