OYO Hotel Sagar

The walls were dirty with spitting of tobacco and was smelling dirty. Lots of mosquitoes inside the rooms , no cleaning and sanitization done inside the room. Water seepage from walls. Its very unhygienic to stay here. The bed sheets were dirty, pillow covers were dirty and not clean. The room was smelling bad. Don't waste your money to stay here you'll find better hotels in jabalpur than this even in better rates.

I have reached the hotel at 6 AM and room is also available in the hotel. According to the policy of Oyo, if room is available, u can check in after 6 AM to pay extra 30% of payable amount but the boy in the hotel demands for 60% amount or said to check in after 8 AM with 30% extra amount. I have no choice and I paid 60% extra amount for that. I never expected that things from Oyo.

Ac and all good. Bathroom lights not working and not that much cleaned tobacco spits present on wall not cleaned. hair were present on bed.

I reached there by 1.30pm .. they almost told me to wait an hour ... Then after that they cleaned the room ... Breakfast was complimentary but they didn't even bother about it... Worst service.. Nothing to go wow about it.. Bathrooms were not clean... Hope to never see u again 😠

Very bad hotel to stay... No cleanliness, not hygenic, rooms are disgusting, unreasonable charges, Overall thia hotel doesnt deserve even 1 star

It's not good services are not good it's not hygienic as rooms are dirty and bed sheets are also not good. Ac I'd not in working condition. Water supply is also not good and there is scarcity of water. And the left out goods or things are never returned back as they are stolen by them. Very bad experience.
