Very Disappointed – Rude Staff and Poor Facilities I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. They provide nothing like (soap, shampoo & paste) we ask for this then the receptionist say we have only handwash. The behaviour of the morning receptionist was very bad.

After repeated request the staffs don't care to clean the room. The condition of rooms is - very poor and dirty.

This hotel calls itself 3-star but in reality its not even worthy of 1 star. Rooms have a strong stinky smell. Price is much high compared to the service. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and looked food stained. Even after repeated complaints regarding room service there wasn't any response. Rooms are suffocating and there is no proper ventilation. The hotel staff is rude and unprofessional, and, they don't listen or even pay attention to your complaints. They could not provide us new bedcovers when we asked. Also, water wasn't available in the washroom. Overall, the experience was very bad and would NEVER recommend you staying here.

The rooms were very smelly and staff service was very poor. we booked three rooms there was not light in one room in another tv and telephone. bedsheets were also not proper cleaned. breakfast was not so much good as expected. Gate locks were not well. Mosquitos bothered is badly my overall experience was very bad.

At the time of booking it was 900 later on they charged me 1145/- without any reason, lights were very low in the room and the worst thing, at the time of booking it shown us tea coffee available at room but there was nothing available at room and they were asking additional amount for not only tea also for water. I'll not recommend it, thank you.

Worst worst worst...Horrible experience from service to room ....Book at your own risk... Rooms were very dirty. Mattresses were very uncomfortable and smelling and blankets were very dirty.. behaviour and service of staff not up to the mark overall I will recommend book at your own risk.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel in Jabalpur. Not only did they fail to provide a bill for my stay, but the overall condition of the rooms was subpar. There was a noticeable stink in the rooms, likely due to poor ventilation and hygiene issues, including seepage problems. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were visibly unclean, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. The staff's attitude and behavior were far from satisfactory, as they were rude and unhelpful. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was by far the worst experience I've had in Jabalpur, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
