On February 18, 2025, I went to Roopali Hotel in Jabalpur for dinner with my family and two other families. We were extremely disappointed with the restaurant's poor service. They neither provided water properly nor gave us enough water glasses. Even the food quality was not up to the mark. When we raised this issue at the payment counter, they dismissed our concern, blaming it on new staff.

Hotel Roopali is a reputed name for the business of hospitality in Jabalpur. Established in the year 1976 it provides quality, comfortable, hygienic stays at fairly reasonable prices. The restaurant serves good quality delicious,food that too at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Hotel Roopali.

The owner is kind and treats the guests really good, Mr. Radhika Prasad a staff out there is the best and the rest are the worst. The front desk person’s behaviour is not what you expect in a hotel. Food is good and so is the service. But the man at the reception is surely responsible to put off the guests with bad and poor vibes.

Hotel Roopali has convenient location. We had 4 rooms for 9 adults for 2 days. Very near to railway station. Ambiance is okay commensurate with price. Rajan pillay the manager very civilized and polite. Food was good. Had interaction with owner about shortcomings. He said upgradation is on cards and will take cognizance at that time. Overall I can give 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5
