Only rooms are very nice, specially TV, But whole staff Corporation very pathetic in whole jabalpur's hotel. They can only treat you for 1-2days but not regularly. Calls again & again about hotel rules , watch TV in slow volume out side guests are not allowed. They close their kitchen 11pm afterwards if we order food online then you have yo take your order by going downstairs, they dont allowed food delivery boy to come upstairs . And also denay to give you plates if order your food by outside. They changes their teriff on daily basis.

Worst service.. room is good. But in 2.5days stay rooms are not cleaned in single we have ask to staff for the same they said reason that we dont have sufficient staff for these days . . also very few option in breakfast but room charges are like 4star hotel but services like 2 star hotel..

Worst Experience Ever!!!!||I'm a sales professional and therefore have to travel a lot. I have been to jabalpur only a few times and someone suggested this hotel as a good one so I booked it after confirming on call atleast thrice because I desperately needed early check-in since my train was here by 5 20 am. However, the staff refused when I reached the hotel by saying that there's no room available at the moment while at the same time, some other guy who came after me was provided early check-in because he paid 1000 + taxes. I didn't even deny paying the amount but just because my stay is for a day, he said this policy doesn't fit for me. I need to extend my stay unnecessarily and pay for early check-in if I really need it. Otherwise, I have to wait till 12 when someone checks out. ||My only concern is if we can pay even then they are making us suffer. What kind of hospitality is this? Staff is also not at all supportive. This is their way of making more money by making people suffer. Staff so rudely stated that we have these peculiar policies so can't help you.||Chosing this hotel was such a big mistake!

Best Hotel in Jabalpur City. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with all hygiene and neatness. They have amazing services. Location is also easily accessible from Rly Stn. Lastly the prices are totally worthy. Fully Recommended.

Vijan Business Hotel located in the centre of city provides a wonderful stay with amazing welcoming staff especially Mr. Akshay Jaiswal who made me feel at ease and was always ready to handle any kind of issues with calm.

It an nice property, I strongly recommend for this, from every aspect, service, location, cleanliness and latest fittings in room and washroom. Only thing is early check-in provision, they should give that facility with reasonable charges only.
