OYO Flagship Hotel Dream Paradise

This was for sure my worst experience among any hotels I have ever stayed in my life. We booked all the rooms of this hotel for our friends and relatives to stay here for my sister's wedding but regretted our decision as soon as we reached the hotel. The bedsheets and blankets in every single room were very dirty and when we asked the staff to get it changed, the changed bedsheets were even dirtier. They got all the bedsheets and blankets in our room only for us to find out that none of them was clean. Toilets were also very dirty and smelly and some of the rooms were smelling like a gutter. Lift was too small to even fit 4 people together and seeing it's condition we feared that it would fall down anytime. There was no food facility at all in the hotel and the location was such that even a single car couldn't enter the road without being bumped here and there. Moreover, we found out that one can open the locks of many rooms with the same key, though they give different keys for all the rooms just to make a big fool of you. You can't feel safe at all at such a location with these kind of services. Wish I could give zero stars to this place.

I had a booking on 25 to 28th of October in this hotel through oyo . I had confirmed bookin g with total amount paid for complete stay . I reached indore on 25th at around 8 o'clock at night . I was with my old parents n kid with me . The hotel manager denied check in and star Ted arguing that as I paid to oyo he won't allow me to check in . Just imagine a lady with old parents n kid at night in unknown city late at night denied hotel check in for no reason . After 2hours of argument n insulting language used by manager n 10 + calls to oyo customer care I somehow managed to check in as I refused to budge . When I asked for the drinking water he said I have to pay extra for drinking water. Just see the kind of ill treatment given to the customer that too during diwali . Again in the morning the manager started arguments , insults n forced us to leave the hotel . Where as I had a confirmed booking with prepayment. I urge the customers never ever book this hotel n don't put your life in danger . If oyo customer care ever read the reviews I request them to remove this hotel from their list.

At outskirts of city. Away from traffic. Rooms, amenities are very good. Elevator is also there. Mr. Gaur is nice and cooperative person. Cctv installed. Reasonable tarrif. Cleanliness is good. Everything is in proper order. Best for family.

Worst experience ever...."They took advance money for booking and refused to check in....n said room is not available....so don't pay in advance guys ... they didn't even refund the money."..Be careful
