Room is very dirty, no water bottle, no room service, No lift, adult activities and no shops nearby..totally disappointing. I booked another hotel next day

The hotel was very bad. There was no cleanliness at all. Cheating is very common in this hotel. Don't stay here🙏 Room was so dirty that I could never take a photo that room 🤑🤑🤑

The location is not safe at all. Please don't book this hotel they will charge extra even if you have already booked online. Third class room, no water bottle, door not properly closed, only one charging socket is working. There is no water drinking bottle. If possible, i will give this hotel zero star.

room was so suffocated, there was no tv at room. ac was not there. when i asked to change room, staff said we don't upgrade rooms for oyo customers and they asked for more money to upgrate it. wash basin was not working. shower not working. camod volve not working. soap was not given while told twice. at check out time staff asked for my mobile phone to rate higher when i denied it, their behavior was very tough and rude. they stopped us for unnecessarily at reception and they go out of there on phone call. so irritating and annoying experience. if this type of hotels dont pay service of oyo level then why they linked with oyo. oyo should out this hotel from its hotel list.

Firstly I booked other Oyo room, which I didn’t got. Then one Oyo room which they appointed was not upto the mark. It was not at all good, but for the night I didn’t had any option so forcefully I had to stay there. The fluctuation going in the app is not customer’s fault that they have to suffer coz of that. Didn’t like the service at all.

They don't give you the room they show. Electricity issues, Power was cut-off from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM, I couldn't sleep at all. Bedsheets are full of stains. Worst hotel experience of my entire life, even if they pay me to Stay in this hotel I won't. Don't book this hotel, its a scam

These place is really disgusting, And the staff is very rude they behave very rudely with us, The hygienic is too bed the blankets are very dirty the room was to dirty eventhough the complete hotel was dirty there is no any water available the washrooms were tooo much dirty and the staff bahavioural was not good the way they behave with us was not right, We have done the booking but then also the receptionist told us that there is no any booking done by your side and also they charged us more amount they charged us 300 more and they didn’t provide any facilities that are mentioned in the websites there is no any single facalities available and the person who site on the receptionist he is very bad person he don’t know how to talk how to behave he took 2 hours to fill our details than also he didn’t allote our room, I will suggest you to not visit these hotel it is really disgusting and I have very bed experience with this hotel

Terrible experience with this Hotel. Kept us waiting in the lobby for more than an hour. They gave me a room with no working charging outlets, broken toilet, and just a bulb light. The most disgusting experience of a hotel stay in my life.
