FabHotel Rajnandani Residency - Hotel in Bhanwar Kuan

FAB Group is only taking their share of commission from the hotel but do not bother to look into the worst services being rendered by the hotel management, apart from misbehavior by the caretaker staff. No traveller should rely on any brand of FAB Hotel as they have no control over day to day activities of the hotels under their chain.

i once stayed in there. owner was so sweet first after we finalised everything i started to leave and heard a whiper voice of him abusing me for no reason . i immediatialy ask him whats the matter he said nothing i cancled everything there and left. i would like to tell you owner staff no one is good here. there are hotels at a 5 minutes distance just the same road at tower square. u can check this arrogant owner abuses all the time

Worst behavior by staff. The staff was rude and they were having a sying tendency towards US. Do not stay here with family at least.

The hotel checkin checkout process was effortless. Rooms were good according to the charges and service was excellent.

Hotel was good. Some things need improvement like they say outside food not allowed we understand & ordered from them most of the items we would like to order are not available & some of the items they take order they don't send till 1 hour. Otherwise there rooms are good 👍 & they maintain cleanliness.

Worst hotel ever!!! Maintainance was not even decent but they're acting as if it was an international residency and accepting only liquid currency and they aren't even allowing secure payment apps like PhonePe, Google Pay, etc. And too much nagging and rude towards residents!

We booked room for 1 night in emergency and they took advantage of that. Overcharged for the room and the room was not upto the 1 penny of the total amount we paid them. A room with damp walls + no lights on the entry gate of the room (used mobile flash) + dirty blankets + shower not working and during winters they don't have hot water too for bath. Provided no service during our stay. We literally asked 6 times to deliver water bottles on which they mentioned simply go and take it yourself from pantry. Staff was so casual on these complaints and gave ZERO resolution. They simply said "it is what it is". Request you all to do not book this hotel at any cost.

We got the Room booked on dialing FabHotel number. The nightly Charge was around ₹1500 for an executive room. You will find helper of the hotel to be chewing tobacco or pan most of the time while you’re speaking. And that is quite evident with a lot of red steam marks both inside as well as outside of the establishment. There is a huge need for cleanliness. I don’t understand on what basis Indore is/was called as the cleanest city.
