Hotel Apple Grand Indore

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wish a comfortable stay at a reasonable price in the heart of city. The infrastructure of hotel is vey good. Owner n Staff is very courteous n they look after u like their own guest back at home. Service is also prompt. Overall wonderful stay at Hotel Apple Grand.

Pathetic room and the hotel. Staff is useless and plus there’s an arrogant owner. Honest ki zero rating is too much for these guys.

This is a pathetic hotel. I booked it for 9th December 2021 and Paid extra also for early check in. No hot water firstly, and the reason given was earlier guests used all the water and we don't have back up system to provide hot water since we have solar system only. No Lift. I priorly informed that we have senior citizens but room was provided on third floor with no lift. Rooms are very poor. Very few rooms are in good condition which they shows in images. No water coming in toilet and flush, waited entire day for plumber to come but problem was not resolved till checkout. Very poor in cleaning and hygiene.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. WiFi works perfectly. I would recommend this hotel for both buisness or pleasure trips.

This one star is for the cleanliness. Else it does not deserve even that soul reason is their Manager or may be owner. He is so RUDE and ARROGANT and has no manners to talk to the customer. No Parking space available. Only one servant is available. Shower does not work. I would no visit this LODGE again.

Third class service. No one there to attain you. Hospitality is very poor. Very bad and pathetic experience. No one who go to that place.

Randomly find this place. Hotel was very clean and hygiene in this corona situation. Rooms are very clean and staff's are very humble. Must visit if you are staying in Indore
