Sheraton Grand Palace Indore

I am writing this review from the hotel room, we booked a room during diwali vacations from 30/10/24 to 2/11/24 for a family vacation. The property is on the indore bypass away from the heart of city so book only if you have your own transport, the property from outside is good but rooms are average, the checkin experience was bad as we had a booking for three persons and despite paying online for full five days the reception was adamant that we have to give an undertaking (his words) that we will have to pay for third person before checking in, I said that I am driving nonstop from Lucknow atleast you let me check in And freshen up, we had a meal plan and servers were avoiding eye contact,the wash basin was clogged and we had to suffer for two days for resolution.the menu was limited and repetitive, all five star reviews made me do the booking, I have stayed in sayaji and wow and their buffet is bigger and better, disappointed to say the least, worst Sheraton property we ever stayed in

I went for dinner on my wife's birthday.|It was a great experience. The staff was very nice and polite. I requested for some decoration, which was just amazing.|I would like to appreciate the efforts made my staff specially to Neha and Akhil. 😊😊

I along with my husband part of our 2 jyotilinga and the spiritual 15 days of journey and probably 12 flights and other 5star hotels from Mumbai,varansi,Lucknow,Tirupati,indore and Hyderabad hotels Sheraton grand hotel hospitality and bed and comfort is exceptional and make memorable trip because of wonderful staff . Special thanks to Sri harichandan mohanty from restaurant with taking care of our need and I noticed that he is very good with his job that notice every detail and customers need and fulfill with his wonderful staff .All the staff from reception to restaurant and cleaning they are amazing.Thank you each and everyone giving us amazing hospitality and feels like home .From uk to all this places we visited at this hotel my aIl tiredness disappeared.recently stayed at your hotel in Mumbai ,Varanasi,indore,Tirupati,Lucknow,Rishikesh and Hyderabad and all 5 star hotels but Indore Shareton palace hotel stay was exceptional experience.and wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your staff. The warm welcome, attentive hospitality, and seamless experience made my stay memorable.just one thing I think all hotels should do is welcome drink because that is our tradition that if someone comes to our house we offer them drinks 🥤 first because when we went to Bali , Thiland and Mauritius they all Offers welcome drinks or ice cream even one and only in Montenegro offers welcome drinks and when you leave they give cookies for journey. I hope we keep our traditions and offer welcome drinks.I strongly recommend this hotel to my family and friends and we are planning to come next year for weekend enjoy this hotel. It would be great if they provide indore city transfer complimentary or price for hiring transport to experience city.

Attended a wedding reception at Sheraton Hotel, featuring stunning Greek-themed architecture and exceptional event management. The staff was attentive, and the venue was beautifully set up. However, strict security prevents outside guests from entering, which can be inconvenient for potential bookings. Overall, a beautiful venue!

Ambience was really soothing and the staff was very nice . Specially Anand helped a lot in giving room with a good view , smooth check in and good suggestions. over all a good hotel and hotel staff to have a great experience along with delicious food .

Very happy and delightful to choose Sheraton as my wedding destination. It was an amazing experience in terms of there hospitality and delicious food||Special mention to Mr. Saalim tyagi sir who managed our event and was there for us everytime we asked for and fulfilled all our requirements we asked for.|Thank u soo much sir and whole team for making our event such special and successful

We have stayed at many many Marriott properties across the globe and the service at this property is probably the worst The staff attitude is simply indifferent. The cleanliness at roadside Dhabas is better Add to that the tasteless food and you have a perfect recipe for a holiday spoiler The pool area has no staff to manage and maintain decorum and to control the hygiene ( particularly with some uneducated guests who enter the pool in their normal wear clothes and making sure its dirty enough for others to use)

The hotel is very clean, the rooms large, the spa treatment is top notch and the service is exquisite. The location is good but a bit farther away from the airport. Highly recommended
