One of the most ridiculous hotels i visited in my lifetime.No towels were given,no water in bathrooms,staff was playing games when I complained.....absolutely disgusting....Indias cleanest city has one of the dirty hotels where bathrooms and rooms are not cleaned which we experienced in this hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Stinky bed sheets & bathroom were not cleaned. Most importantly water supply was so disappointing, no water for anything. Staff was so rude & every time they talking rudely. Worst hotel....not recommend to anyone

My stay at this hotel was 😞 extremely disappointing. The staff exhibited consistent rudeness and unhelpfulness, creating a negative atmosphere. The rooms were far from satisfactory, lacking essential amenities such as proper water facilities and hot water. The water speed was excessively slow, causing inconvenience. Unwarranted room changes further added to the frustration. The absence of dedicated parking space was inconvenient, and the hotel's insistence on full advance payment did not align with the substandard service received. The hygiene of the lift was compromised, with the presence of a bed sheet inside. To make matters worse, the rooms had unpleasant odors of smoke and alcohol. In summary, I strongly discourage anyone from considering this establishment due to its overall subpar service. 😔🚫

Room was stinking with smoking smell. Rooms were not secure from inside. The people who comes for an hour or so they left the room without returning the keys back to the hotel staff. Any incident can happen because of these kind of irresponsibility. They people can open the room with key.... Be careful... Like this hotel...

It's such a nice hotel especially because of its prime location. My stay was quite pleasant,The team at the front desk was very appreciable as we were able to check in very smoothly and in no time. The housekeeping staff was always polite and helpful. I was also very pleased with their spacious room and their room service. Hopefully, see you soon 🥂

One of worst hotel I have ever booked. Staff was very rude and misbehaving. The hotel and the staff offered almost no service. The room was dirty and had a very bad smell. There was some illegal party on the 3rd floor which created inconvenience and was never resolved by the hotel staff...

Do not book this hotel .. When entered the room ...saw wash basin and kitchen platform was full of pan thooks Absolutely unfriendly staff... Their website falsely shows include breakfast option..but they don't have even tea...forget about breakfast..so do not include breakfast while booking (if your karma takes you there)
