Very near to bus stand Indore and railway station. Prime location and easy to find. Stay place is good and rooms are clean and affordable. Management and staffs in reception are very kind and helpful. There is no in house kitchen but outside food is allowed. Hotel is located in front of Sarwate bus indore. Hotel rooms are good but rooms are not maintained like switch boards are in damaged condition, doors are also damaged, also taps of bathroom are in leakage condition. Hotel needs to maintain the rooms. Water bottles are also provided in seal open condition.

Location is little bit fine coz it's next to the sarwate bus stand but we felt disappointed and uneasiness to seen Cimex lectularius Insects under the metress, bed, on wall . Also room was fully suffocating felt us coz there was no any passing area of air such as windows , ventilation passages. Hope they will make it better for their upcoming costumers...... Jai mahakal

Very bad experience... They taken 800 rs. For 3 hrs. Very high.. Also giving only 1 towel per room .. Not given even ask with request.. Rooms are not clean.. Not recommend
