OYO Hotel Shivaay

Worst experience at this hotel. I booked this hotel for 3 days price listed on oyo showing 930 for per day. But when i reach at hotel they ask for 1200 per day. They denied online booking when you reached at hotel and charge their own amount. Also they didn't provide towel and etc..

I stayed in this hotel while attending a conference recently. As it was close to the venue, I had chosen this hotel as it was in the list of hotels closest to the venue and seemed decent. The rooms are dirty and not well maintained. The attitude of the hotel staff is extremely casual and laid-back. They do not have any coordination amongst themselves. Even while checking-in they kept asking about advance payments done. Their tariff etc is also communicated inconsistently. Basics like towels and toiletries were given on request. Water which is to be provided in any case was charged additionally. There is no provision of food in the hotel. If you order food they will order it in a nearby restuarant and give it to you. But even though this is their shortcoming whereas they claim to have kitchen in their ads and social media posts, they even take delivery charges from the guest..I have not been given proper bill for any of the meals that I have ordered. They take 1 hr to deliver a simple cup of tea..In a stay of 4 nights, they delivered dinner on 2 nights 2hr late. They said the guy who had taken order had forgotten. When checking out as well, they kept asking about payments already done. In spite of asking for a proper bill they did not give me a bill. The whole arrangement seems dodgy and unprofessional.

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT. They take prebookings from OYO but then when you reach they will mention that many a times it's not approved and You have to call OYO to settle down the dispute, until then you have to wait outside. I had to sleep in staff's room for the first night with maximum hygiene sacrifice. I paid them the same amount with no cencession and when my one online payment failed, I paid them cash but until I reach railway station my pending online payment was successful. I called them and OYO multiple times but they said they will reach back, none did and stopped attending my calls. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST ANY BOOKINGS MADE ONLINE. VISIT, VIEW AND THEN TAKE, ONLY WHEN NO OTHER HOTELS ARE THE OPTIONS.

WORST experience of booking a hotel. I paid and booked for a room well in advance. On the day when I reached there they told they don't have a room.and they were not even sorry for the inconvenience caused by them. They casually said "WE FORGOT TO KEEP A ROOM". when I asked for REFUND they gave multiple excuses. I had to go search for another hotel and I didn't have the time to wait for a refund. So I left and I have been calling them and asking for the same REFUND since a week now. Initially they said they will give back the MONEY and now they are not responding to my calls..

Don't book online and pay like agoda, they charge extra, rooms are also not good , please avoid this hotel

pathetic, worst experience, 3rd class hotel, rude receptionist, had a deal with oyo, when went there asked for more money. had to give unwillingly. room 201 worst room, no ventilation and smelly room, no basics provided, unclean washroom, smelly non ventilated room. please dont visit i to will not ever. i didnt had much choice and was exhausted due to heat

SCAM !!!!! I booked this Hotel on Agoda website of such a good rate but when we reached they are asking us to pay more amount. This is completely rotten behaviour of them. they told us that there is some mistake by the online website to show price at lower level. Customer service is such a ridicous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

BIG SCAM !!! Stay Away from this hotel. If you book from online . They will charge extra money from you. They will not allow you unless you pay extra money. They don’t even provide invoice bill. Looks like this hotel running without GST registration. I was helpless as I don’t find near by hotel and my booking was non refundable. !! Better stay away from this hotel
