Hotel Prahlad Inn

We had a good experience at the hotel, right from check in to checkout, rooms are clean and new and in the main road next to Padav Police Station. Food is really nice. Would like to thank Sachin ji for the hospitality.

We booked Prahlad in hotel situated at padav circle Gwalior. It was a 100 people gathering and we are totally satisfied with the hospitality and taste of food. Mr. Rahul and Mr. Prince Gupta are professional and well trained manager. Looking forward to visit again.

Ridiculous staff, charged extra for 1 day although discussed already when booked. Food is not good and frequent power cuts. No body will listen to you. Pathetic experience i had.

Hotel is really very nice. Rooms are luxurious. Location is also very good. Service and food was also appreciable. Only one thing ,that was worthy 1 star is their receptionists. Those persons are not cooperative at all. We reached at 10 am there that was 2 hours befor than standard check in time. They asked us to book this hotel personally, they offered us room if we book with them personally. When we denied to book personally, they made us wait for 2 hours. Every time we call for any thing they didn't listen to us at all. We had to call twice or thrice for everything. When we checked out, they stopped us for 2 minutes and checked room, like we were thieves or criminals. Else everything was good. Room service was fine.

I'm sorry to say that our experience at Prahlad Hotel in Gwalior was disappointing. It's frustrating when staff, especially the manager, aren't helpful and fail to make guests feel welcome. Arriving late at night and encountering such behavior was really frustrating. Providing this feedback may can help the hotel understand areas where they need to improve their service. Being in Hospitality industry you can not be rude. They did not even ask guest for glass of water. Rooms were full of Mosquitoes... blood stains on the bed sheets... they said we dont provide toilet paper or hand towel. Our stay was for 5 hours only for which we paid 3500/- which was not at all worth.

I had a very excellent experience in Prahalad Inn. Room service is excellent, location is very convenient and rooms are awesome. Cleanliness and hygiene maintained properly. Especially tea is amazing.
