Hotel Samrat

Worst hotel and the staff. They are hostile to disabled people like me. They are robbing travelers by scamming the travelers. I spent 1 night but charged me for 2. On objecttion manager and staff were threatening me with violence. There is literally no service provided to customer for the money charged. My conclusion is that I will never return to scamming hotel. It must be closed immediately as it is the worst hotel in entire world. I am reporting the mismanagement to the highest authorities as the staff is rude to disabled and senior citizens. They must be punished.
