I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Ramsons Hotel. The hospitality was abysmal, with a complete lack of basic necessities. They failed to provide towels, soap, and even drinking water for their guests. The rooms were in a deplorable state, with broken and poorly maintained furniture. The overall ambience was dismal, leaving a lasting negative impression. I cannot stress enough how this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I strongly advise against staying at Ramsons Hotel if you value comfort and a pleasant experience.
