Very poor food service and quality No cleanliness and maintenance in rooms No fear of God after looting innconent customers. If you are charging good money in famous religious place like Chitrakoot, it's your moral responsibility to provide healthy and hygienic food with pleasant hotel services

It is ok for economy class of people, quality of food is ok but the place where food was served was not upto standard. Staff and reception were exemplary.

I liked the location and rooms of the hotel based on price. However the price should be less when someone wants to extend for a few hours. You may get food here as they have a restaurant in basement. The options may be less but okay for a holy place like chitrakoot. I liked the stay and staff. It is opposite to satna bus stand on main road next to an ATM

We had a group of 25 people coming from New Delhi. They arranged everything for us which we demanded. Stayed there for 4 days. The staff is very supportive especially Deva dixit ji. Felt like family. The owner Pawan ji is a very humble and down to earth person. Gifted our guests souvenirs. They have rooms with finest bathrooms and bedrooms. Moreover the location of hotel makes it easily reachable. Staff was very supportive and take every inch of care of my guests. We are definitely going there again when we'll get time.

We did not stay at the hotel.We had to cancel our booking which was made directly over the phone through another contact. I'm shocked and annoyed at the fact that although we cancelled about 72hours before our check in date and yet the advance that they took from us they have refused to refund. The man on the phone was quite aggressive ,giving us some wierd logic about us not having booked through an app. Wonder why you would not want to refund if the booking is done directly.
