Third class service and first class changes of rooms, ac not working. i did paid charge of ac room but ac not working. I did called to reception 3 times but not solution of my problem.

Worst experience. outright crooks. I had booked room for 4 ppl and paid advance for confirmation. On reaching property they said room is for 3 ppl. Take it or upgrade. I made another reservation through agoda for upgrade but they refused saying they can't honor agoda price but I have to pay twice that price offline if I want the room. Finally I had to book another hotel after fighting in lobby for 2 hours with a crook manager and worst hotel ethics experience ever. Now following up with agoda for refund for a room i was never given. Can you believe it

Very poor service. Short of staff. Arrogant staff. Room's bathroom was leaking from roof. Our room was not changed and forced to stay there. Please stay away from this hotels. They have tieup with local goons. Staff prefer playing ludoo and not willing to work at all.

Aug 2022: 1. When we arrived to the Hotel, Manager is playing LUDO with his 3 friends. And he even no bother to free the Sofa and chairs to to Sit Ladies and children. 2. Above floor Toilet's dirty water is leaking in our room's toilet. And Manger knows this but no resolution. 3. No Room Service - not even for water. 4. Dirty Rooms and Toilets. 5. Very Bad behavior of Manager (who seems like a 3rd class labour). Giving excuses on every point. 6. On the name of 6 Beds - Provided only 5. * Mr Agrawal (Owner of Hotel) - Please change the manage as his friends are sitting on the Reception and it may be safety issue. As behavior is not good.

Such a beautiful experience at Hotel Anuj Residency. Pretty cooperative staff. Superb hygiene as I stayed for 60 continuous days. Well behaved and mannered staff along with safe parking spot.

Balaji Travels (Varanasi) had arranged for 3 rooms for us. Each one had its own peculiarity,one without toilet door handle,one without towel racks and one with fluctuating geyser problem,which can be very dangerous. The staff is least bothered and non-co operative. Even drinking water was not available. Room service is available with a waiting period of 45mins-1.5hrs. You guys need to improve a lot. Balaji Travels...pls take a note.
