Ma Parvati residency

Fake photos uploaded by owner, rooms are nowhere near to what it looks in the photo. Bedsheers, rooms and everything is very dirty. All the staff is rude and started abusing in front of family. No one there has sense of service and talking. Better stay in other hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever seen yet, 1. No hygiene maintenance. 2. Bathrooms are very dirty. 3. Bedsheets have stains and smells. 4. Unprofessional staff behaviour. Also fake photos are used in Google, I don't recommend this laudge to anyone

I don't recommend this hotel as a very bad experience, they don't have curtains, the flush was not working, the bedsheet was dirty, at 6:25 am someone started knocking on our door, worst experience, 2000 for a night with this kind of service was so bad

I booked through Agoda by seeing nice pictures and in Agoda mentioned as Goroomgo parvathi residency. After going to the location it's maa parvathi residency and rooms are worst. And worth of paying not more than 300/-. Please don't go with family. The beds are smelling like anything. Totally a useless. I have taken photos and upload. Please don't book by seeing nice pictures for this hotel.

Really good budget hotel. My room was in front of the lovely river facing the Ghat. The owner was really helpful and welcoming. They accept foreigners. They are located in a quiet street and only 1 km away from Ramghat. But, it gets a bit noisy at night as the rooms are not soundproof, and you get to hear the other guests. Overall, I recommend it as it is hard to criticise for the price!

Worst service, unprofessional behavior. They don't have basic etiquette. Their definition of a deluxe room is that providing hot water makes a normal room into a deluxe room. For running a business customer service and satisfaction is top priority. If you've committed to provide a facility, you should.

Room and toilet are clean and good.but drinking water not available.Room price is little high
