Our stay at Hotel Playotel Inn Aria, Bhopal was truly exceptional. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was seamless and exceeded expectations. The staff was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. A special mention goes to Mr. Arshad Khan, the General Manager, whose personal involvement and leadership were outstanding. He regularly checked in to ensure everything was perfect, and his approachable nature made us feel genuinely welcome. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful amenities that added to our comfort. The property offers a peaceful environment despite being located in a prime area, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and well-presented. The team easily accommodated our preferences, and the service was top-notch. Playotel Inn Aria||||Bhopal||||Issue with booking||||1002901973||||I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had with my recent booking.||||I initially booked a day-use room for 14th April but had to amend the date to 15th April. I promptly informed Goibibo, and your team confirmed that the revised booking details were shared with the hotel via email.||||Following this, I contacted the hotel reception directly. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional in her behavior. Despite multiple follow-ups throughout the day, I was finally told in the evening that a confirmation voucher would be sent shortly.||||Trusting this assurance, I arrived at the hotel on 15th April for check-in. To my surprise, the same staff member completely changed her stance, claiming she never said anything about sending a confirmation voucher. When I asked why I would show up without such confirmation, she simply stated that the hotel had not received any email from Goibibo and refused to honor the booking.||||As a result, I had no choice but to make a last-minute booking at a different hotel. Later, when I contacted Goibibo support, I was informed that your team had indeed sent the confirmation email to Hotel Aria Inn Lalghati three times, including once at 9:30 AM on 14th April, well before the check-in time.||||This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I kindly request that you take appropriate action regarding the hotel’s front desk staff and ensure they are trained in proper guest communication and professional conduct. It is also important that they do not provide misleading information, especially without verifying the facts.||||Please consider this feedback seriously before continuing to list this hotel on your platform.

Experience was good and best place for marriage and The staff, from the cleaning team to the manager, were all so humble, attentive, and gracious in their roles. It was clear that they took pride in their work, and their kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression
