Super Hotel O MP Nagar Near Rachna Tower

I arrived the morning after my booking started and the room was still not ready. On asking for a room immediately, I was given a terrible room with dirty linen and a musty smell. Finally got a better room after insisting on it. Further inconvenience was caused because restaurant has been closed for a while but the property did not mention it on OYO. Deepak, one of the guys at the reception, is a pain to speak to. Location is okay but a 20 min auto ride if you want to travel to MP Nagar, Nehru Nagar, etc.

Wrong location. Reception will not pickup call. Google coordinate are of dump ground, atleast 5 min walk from actual location.

Bed is very old, making huge back pain Hot water is not available but ok for this price for minimum days stay

Staff is worst. They Dont know how to treat their customers. Booked through oyo, they made me wait for an hour because I have made online payment through oyo. During check out I handed over my phone to the staff as he wanted to confirm the bill amount and without my knowledge rated themselves five star. Worst hotel through oyo.

No lift, staff is not co operative, very less breakfast, 1 small paratha per person,small bathroom 1 socket for mobile charging near tv unit.We reach bit early so they have not provided check-in, have to wait till the exact time. Complimentary items quality is too low.

First they told me if you already paid for your booking, we will not accept at all. I was at reception for 1/2 an hr 😔. Then after a lot discussion they gave me one room. Hotel owner's behavior is not good. Room quality is very bad

Not a good hotel rooms are not comfortable and cosy. Very dull interior of rooms bathrooms are okey. The staff is not, professional services are bad. Not easy to find hotel unless you use maps. Hotel inside residential area. Poor experience.

Rooms are too congested and the services is too lazy. I was ordering for a morning tea but it comes after 1 hour .
