NillI am a frequent traveler and often explore hotels with good amenities across India, particularly in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Unfortunately, my stay at Tulshi Casha was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had so far. The staff here lack basic professionalism, customer service values, and courtesy. Instead of being attentive, they behaved as if they were offering services for free. Basic room service requests were met with reluctance and rude responses, especially from the receptionist, whose tone was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. This hotel not only failed to provide comfort but also ruined the overall travel experience. I would strongly advise fellow travelers, colleagues, and anyone looking for a pleasant stay to avoid Tulshi Casha. There are far better options available where customer respect and service quality are taken seriously.

NillNo towel and toiletries are provided in the hotel until and unless u call and ask or request for it . Reception team are very impolite they are rude , if you book hotel direct through them they will respect,but if u book hotel through Goibibo they will keep u waiting and will disrespect u saying that you had booked through Goibibo go and ask service from them , they say they don’t want guests booking through Goibibo . Very disrespect full reception people for person booking through Goibibo .

NillWe have been staying at this property regularly for the past three years as corporate guests, but our recent experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. * Unprofessional Conduct of General Manager & Staff-Mr. Santosh Kumar (GM) arrogant and dismissive attitude was highly unprofessional. Instead of addressing guest concerns, he acted as if basic services were an act of charity. As corporate guests, we are not looking for complimentary services—we expect professionalism and courtesy, and the service standards that a reputed hotel should uphold. * Poor Hygiene & Maintenance – The condition of the rooms, washrooms, and air conditioning system was substandard, with a clear lack of cleanliness and upkeep. The linens provided were dirty, raising serious concerns about hygiene and overall housekeeping standards. * Deceptive Policies & Overcharging – The front desk initially committed to a 24-hour checkout policy, but at the time of Checkout they have overcharge us. When we questioned this, we were met with arrogance instead of a professional resolution. This kind of last-minute policy manipulation is unacceptable. * Substandard Breakfast – The breakfast quality was disappointing, both in terms of variety and freshness, making the dining experience far below expectations. As long-standing guests, we are deeply disappointed by this decline in service. The mismanagement and unprofessionalism not only damage the hotel’s reputation but also make us reconsider our continued patronage. We urge the management to take immediate action to ensure these concerns and implement necessary improvements in staff behavior, housekeeping, and overall service quality. Regular guests deserve reliability, respect, and proper hospitality—not excuses and arrogance. We look forward to a prompt response and corrective action from the management. Regards - Naveen
