FabHotel Kamla Regency

Disappointed with Hidden Early Check-In Charges I recently stayed at Fabhotel Kamla Regency and was quite disappointed with their early check-in policy. When I arrived a few hours before the standard check-in time, I was informed that I would need to pay an extra charge for early check-in. I had pay early check in payment already during the online booking process, which felt misleading and unfair. While the room and overall service were satisfactory, the unexpected charge left a negative impression. Transparency about additional fees is important, and I hope the management improves communication regarding such policies to avoid disappointing future guests. --- If you want to adjust the tone or add more details, let me know!

No room service, unhygienic condition out side the room smell like gutter sewer, small room size , blanket and pillow was so dirty.in future never go to that hotel again.last but not the least AC and TV not working,

Room is very dirty, duet cover is dirty, intercom not working, wi fi not working t v not at no complementary water bottle not given in the room , many times told in the reception but no responce. Get no towel in the room

Poor Arrangements- Lots of extra noise. Not able to sleep even for a hour. They just installed the Outdoor units of ACS just along with room windows which is creating lots of annoying fan noise whole night. Never going to stay again

Very bad service , do not go to this hotel. Staff is poor no body is bothered about service over here. AC not working in the room. It took 1 hr to deliver tea in the room. Very bad food was served to us as breakfast. Do not recommend at all to the hotel. They charged us extra for early check in for 3 rooms , though we just used 1 room as early check in. Lift is not working properly. While check out they argued with us and asked us to leave very rudely.

Service not much as good. We have experienced one thing our family has went down for having breakfast and we have locked our rooms by key. But when we came to the room that were alresdy opened. We have asked them why it is open when we locked the room before going to down, they said the rooms door not proper it can be open by someone else. Its very risky to stay kamla regency hotel. Please be carefull.
