FabHotel Prime Oasis Orange

The staff was unresponsive did not clean room after asking multiple times, the rooms on ground floor have no ventilation and very damp. Could not access warm water. No noise protection , could hear motor running, staff talking throughout the night. Did not provide basic accessories like toiletries and towel. Staff was extremely rude at the time of checkout when I told them about the problems. Worst hotel ever.

Attitude of hotel staff is very casual and unprofessional. They are not customer friendly. Cleanliness and hygiene are at stake. ...Never go there....

I will list down the issues faced with this stay, it was really pathetic 1. Zero cleanliness a. This hotel does not even deserve and 0 start in cleanliness thers show be a - minus points. b. All the workers were having tobacco and vimal, no clead room all the corridors were stinking like hell. 2. Lift was stinking badly This lift was stinking so badly that you can use them.....when i asked them why its stinking they reply like service not done 3. A/C and Phone were not working. A/c and phone were not woking at all ... 4. This hotels location is beside slum. Don't go with the photos posted on google chrome. This location is beside slum and drainage smell outside the hotel when entering.

Worst stay !! Bedsheets , pillow covers were pathetic. Room was smelly as hell. Before an hour i left that hotel. Kindly refund. And check fab hotels that you are giving which hotel the booking online whether it is worth it or not . Shame and regretted Kindly refund the amount

It's a nice place. Have small rooms and small issues but staff is very supportive and solve all issues. Thanks for the wonderful stay..

Please avoid! Location and neighbourhood is pathetic. Staff behaviour was very bad and rude while asking and waiting for early checkin. Even after early checkin request was given, they did not honour it and I had to find another hotel, leave aside the advance that was wasted.

DON’T VISIT THIS HOTEL OR STAY HERE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO , ROOMS ARE GOOD BUT NO VENTILATION AND NO CUPBOARDS FOR STORAGE ,HOT WATER DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY AND MAIN DONT GO ON THE FRONT IMAGES OF THE HOTEL , ACTUAL LOCATION IS MUCH TERRIBLE WITH SLUM AREA JUST OPPOSITE OF THE HOTEL AND THE HOTEL IS IN GALI

Charged 35 rupees for 1 water bottle. They make people fool and in breakfast they served just 2 aloo parotha and 3 mendu wada for 2 person. While ask them for tea they come with the bill. Such a horrible experience, i'm suggesting not to visit any Fab Hotel in future bussiness trip to anyone. Zero Rating
