Hotel Shalimar Deluxe

Disastrous syay at Hotel Shalimar Deluxe. My stay at the Hotel Shalimar Deluxe was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Upon entering my room, I was appalled to find cockroaches on the floor, bed, table, and even the walls. After complaining, I was moved to a smaller room, but unfortunately, it also had cockroaches. The rooms shown online were misleading, they were much larger than what I was given, making it feel like I was scammed with inflated prices. The air conditioning was another issue; it would turn off at irregular intervals, and I had to call the reception each time to have it turned back on. The bathrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which only added to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the hotel is situated right next to a railway station, resulting in constant noise throughout my stay. I also had breakfast included in my package, but despite calling for it, I never received it and had to find food outside. If there were an option for a negative rating, I would choose that without hesitation. I cannot recommend this hotel at all, the choice is yours.

We recently stayed at Shalimar hotel. Our experience was the worst. The room was not good and was cramped. The toilet had no flush- as it was old and not working. The staff was not cooperative or well behaving. Worst of all, it feels that the hotel hires autos as touts to canvass travellers from Rly station. Overall, pathetic and worst experience and we would never recommend this property.

Very very bad experience. Room service was worst, Ever the tea cattle for tea serving are dirty and unhygienic. Blanket was very dirty. AND WORST PART IS STAFF is very very unprofessional they Don't even afraid of Bad review. Staff the shift manager told that. REVIEW SE HAME KOI FARK NAHI PADTA. Overall Very very bad experience.

What a bakwas hotel it is. Rooms are small, services are very poor the staff ask for the gst amount later at the time of checkout. During the checkin they don’t inform anything. Also they blackmail us that they will be raising the challan if we dont pay the bill. Worst experience ever

Total waste of money During check out they ask for extra charge, GST rate for hotels below 7500 is 12% but charge us 18% GST plus 10% extra service charges and then we asked for bill of service tax they denied and misbehave with us. So everyone don't go there waste of money.
